Cross-border advisory work at GFG Advisory
Capability alone does not make a company easy to choose.
Anthony Bodnar Jr. is CEO and Co-Founder of GFG Advisory, where he focuses on how companies become easier for international buyers to find, understand, verify, evaluate, and choose.

His work examines the commercial gap between having genuine operational capability and presenting that capability in a form an international buyer can confidently evaluate.
International buyers frequently evaluate a company before speaking with anyone inside it.
They need to understand what the company does, determine whether its claims are credible, verify relevant evidence, compare it with alternatives, and decide whether engaging it is defensible internally.
That creates a commercial gap between capability and confidence.
Anthony's work focuses on that gap: how companies make genuine capability legible, verifiable, and commercially usable across borders.
His current work has particular depth in the Mexico–United States corridor, while addressing a broader question relevant to companies throughout Latin America and other international markets seeking access to U.S. and international buyers.

02

How search engines, AI systems, websites, published evidence, and digital infrastructure determine whether buyers can find and understand a company.
04

How international decision-makers assess risk, evidence, responsiveness, commercial clarity, and organizational credibility.
05
Cross-Border Commercial Strategy
How organizations adapt positioning, evidence, buyer experience, and commercial systems when entering another market.
06
Nearshoring & Regional Supply Chains
The commercial-readiness implications of changing North American supply chains, from a buyer-confidence perspective rather than a legal, customs, or policy one.
