International Inquiry and Follow-Up Systems

International demand is lost in follow-up far more often than in negotiation.

01

An implementation capability, not a standalone service

This capability is implemented as part of an international commercial readiness strategy. It is not a standalone marketing service; its purpose is to ensure an international inquiry arrives, is qualified, and is answered with discipline.

The work defines clear inquiry pathways, RFQ or consultation intake, qualification criteria, routing and internal ownership, response standards, and follow-up discipline. No lead volume or guaranteed sales are promised.

02

Where the opportunity is lost

An inquiry arriving from another country competes with the clock: time zones, language, undefined ownership and no response standard.

03

What we install

Inquiry and quotation pathways, qualification criteria, response standards, CRM discipline and measurement across the full commercial path.

  • Inquiry and RFQ pathways
  • Qualification criteria
  • Response standards and internal ownership
  • Structured follow-up and measurement
04

What we do not do

We do not promise lead volume or commercial outcomes. We build the infrastructure that keeps a real opportunity from being lost to friction.

Documented commercial follow-up work.
Most international opportunities are not lost at proposal. They are lost in follow-up.
05

International demand inside and outside Mexico

Not every international opportunity comes from abroad. Foreign entities, internationally owned corporates and English-speaking buyers already operating in Mexico generate inquiries against the same evaluation criteria. The contact pathway must serve both origins without duplicating process.

06

Qualification before volume

An international inquiry is qualified on fit, delivery capacity and decision timing, not on declared interest. Defining that criterion prevents commercial time going to requests that cannot advance and protects attention for those that can.

  • Fit with the defined client type and corridor
  • Real internal capacity to serve the operation
  • Decision timing and the client's buying process
  • An assigned owner from the first response
07

Follow-up sustained over time

International cycles are long. A follow-up sequence with useful content, defined reminders and CRM records keeps the opportunity alive without resorting to sales pressure.

Frequently asked questions

Does this include paid campaigns?
Only once the base is ready. Investing in demand before positioning, evidence and follow-up are resolved raises cost per opportunity without improving conversion.
Do you guarantee a number of leads?
No. We work on commercial infrastructure and its measurement; we do not commit to lead volume or sales outcomes.
Does it work with our current CRM?
Yes. Recording and follow-up discipline is implemented in the tool the company already uses, provided it allows source traceability.
