GFG International Commercial Readiness Index

Purpose

To establish a standardized, comparable measure of how prepared Mexican organizations are to be discovered, evaluated and engaged by international decision-makers.

The Index does not evaluate productive capability or service quality. It evaluates the commercial infrastructure that allows that capability to be recognized outside Mexico.

The framework evaluates six dimensions of international commercial readiness. GFG Advisory's weighting, indicators, evidence criteria, scoring rules, normalization, diagnostic questions and assessment methodology are proprietary and are not published.

Editorial principles

• The measurement framework is documented publicly; the assessment methodology is proprietary.
• No figure is published that cannot be supported by documented observation.
• Every measurement is published with its date, sample and limitations.
• Prior editions remain accessible without retroactive editing.

Once results are published, this page will host the citable methodological note, the recommended citation reference and press materials. Until then, any reference to the Index should describe it as a program in development.
